Description

Need somebody who is good with Adobe Acrobat to create four formulas in a fillable document.
1: Sum = Line 301 - Line 302
2: Sum = Line 601 - Line 602
3: Calculate % and total ($XXX @ 5% = $YYY)
4: Calculate a total $$ amount from dates (from 1/2/09 to 1/6/09 @ $50/day = $300.00)
That's all. It's easy stuff, will take you five minutes if you know what you're doing. I'll supply the document.
