Description

I need a web page template developed that would have the appearance of a wood picture frame around it, that I could put text or pictures into and have it change dynamically as different users look at it using different resolutions. (minimum 800x600 up to 1600x1200)

So the the text or picture content always looked like it was surrounded on 4 sides by the complete frame

I need it to work with Microsoft Frontpage as that is the editor I use for creating web pages

I have attached an example of the type of frame look Im after
