However, you mention making your Casino game downloadable.
I already have code I have written previously for a casino game downloader. It has a very small footprint (it's written in C++ with WTL), is very flexible (allows you to collect user statistics in realtime during the install process), and supports encrypted, resumable downloads.
All I'd need to do is integrate your exact specifications (which I would work closely with you on) and it would be up and running.
