Description

Currently our menu uses CSS to hide visibility of menu until moused over. That is causing problems when people browse pages and the menu open when they don't want it to.

We need to have some JS applied that will open the menu with a slight delay that can be adjusted .5 second to start. Delay on open and close.

Needs to work in all major browsers.

I have attached the HTML page and our CSS this should be enough to work with.
