I need Website Cost Calculator form on my website built from CSS. I'm attaching a screenshot that shows what it all looks like and what it needs to ask for. I'm not sure how I want the form to submit yet, so recommendations are wanted! I need this done today or tomorrow at the latest. I can show you a website that I like so you know how I want the forms to display.
