Description: This is a reposting because of the lack of results previously
It is intended more for JAVA professionals.

I expect this to become a BIG project but I have posted it as a small project to get things started.

This will be done in various stages.

stage 1: explaining how you propose to do this. what technologies, programs, databases etc. How will the images be created?

stage 2: Creating a single sample version of the program. eg. a single rotating pen with some text

stage 3: Complete clone. This will be broken down further.

stage 4: cost of creating images from real samples - we will post samples of give design drawings - This can be done in parallel to part 3 and can be done by a seperate companies provided the specification is agreed.

stage 5: adding sound and other features

stage 6: adding web access

NO advance payment will be made. But payments will be made upon completetion of agreed stages.
