Description:	I have a Java/JXTA based project, however the time frame is rather limited because the previous developer claimed to be working on it for a month- and no progress was made. It is a P2P, web cam, VoIP (not PC to PC calling) application using high end codecs and a user determined network, authenticated via a SQL DB using JSP. The frame work is done, but much of the features are not in place yet. I need a RELIABLE, EFFICIENT, and hard working team. I also need to be able to review source code on an at least weekly basis. I need to see progress. The pay for this is good- but has potential to be much better for a fast completion. I am willing to offer a substantial bonus for very fast and efficient work. I do think however to accomplish this that there needs to be more than one developer on this to make that happen. There is also other work, but this one has first priority. I am willing to hire your new firm for this, but you must prove that your team can get the job done. It also needs to be noted, to avoid any confusion down the road, that payment will be made one week after client has tested and is satisfied with the work. What that means for you is that the faster this is completed to utmost satisfaction, not only do you make MORE money, you will be paid faster. Your thoughts are welcome.
