Description

Here is my actual requirement:

I have developed a web application framework, actually a five layered J2EE framework with layers persistence, service, domain, application and presentation completely separated.
It's mainly targeted on high performance than on features as I'm mainly doing projects for high volume websites.
I've developed quite a number of projects already based on this framework and I'm now seeking someone to help me with the development.

The requirement is basically coding domain and persistence objects extended from the framework's core domain and persistence objects, as well as coding services which are actually session beans, SOAP interfaces using the XFire library and extending business logic within the application layer.

For the presentation layer there are three options at the moment, one is traditional JSP programming using beans and there is also integrated a templating engine. This is for the web presentation, the administration GUI usually communicates via the SOAP interface mainly using .NET applications developed in C#. But recently I've also integrated an open source AJAX library called TIBCO General Interface, at the moment also communicating via the SOAP interface, but to improve performance I'm intending to integrate a dedicated interface for this purpose as it doesn't make sense to transform domain objects into SOAP on the server and then transform SOAP to CDF on the client.

I'm mainly using the Orion application server (which is actually the core for the Oracle iAS), but I've also used JBoss if licensing cost were an issue for the customer.

So for now I'd be looking for one developer who would be permantently available to work on my projects. This would be at least for the next 12 months or even longer, as there are quite a number of projects in the pipeline.

I'm using a project management system where tasks will be defined and monitored on a daily basis. All source code needs to be updated daily into CVS.
