Hi bidders, I first of all thank you for reading my spec.

Your bid (request for project) must include a "detailed" quote, and outline (word.doc) of how you will accomplish this task with a timeline, and rates by task, phase, and total start to finish. How many hours and team memebrs you will use. !! Deadline for quotes will be Sunday Night! Upload this to GAF. If you are selected we will send an NDA and non compete.

Example: We will need a website redesign like ( http://oregonstate.edu/ ) NOTE: This is not the original but it's close to the size we are looking for. Our clients site has asp, .cf, html, and javascript in their site. We have a new design in psd to follow, and you will use the links and images available.

1. We would like to take their content an input it into the new layout. Create an easy to use site. CMS for content updates, database driven. asp - .net You will use some of their code to copy paste into the new look. Use the text and links they will have available.

2. I'm looking for a TEAM of coders to work on this. Not just 1 coder. You will be asked to send full progress report every other day, and MUST keep in contact via scheduled meetings 1 time a week.

3. Provide 5-6 examples of the largest site you have worked on, and what you charged to build the project. Something with your name on it.

General: this project will use asp, .net, javascript, java, Cold Fusion Scripting, and database driven content. This project is not for a weak team! Bonus(s) may apply.
This will be huge opportunity for a right team.

NOTE:
i want detailed project plan, dead lines, mile stones for each and every modules of the project clearly in PMB.
Bids without PMB will be rejected at outright.
