Hi,

I am looking for a Java developer who can design, develop and test for a social network job portal site similar to linkedin but with some additional features. here are the brief requirements for the portal

1. Login functionality. Ability to invite friends from Gmail, yahoo, hotmail etc.
2. Profile creation (for job seekers, job posters). Users can upload videos. Users can add/delete connections.
3. users can share job posting among the connections.
4. job seeker's interested (saved search result) should be posted in twitter. (this is tentative)

Application can be Ruby on Rails or J2EE (RIA technologies)
