Description

Collect my emails

In summary I receive so many emails and send so many email everyday. Sometimes I receive emails from other people who have include other people on an email. This is sometimes most often displayed in the email body. The collect email application needs to be able to access my email one by one sent and received and collect email address either sent to me from people via cc or sent by myself.

Collect my emails will work by accessing client email account
1. Open all emails in my accounts (Hotmail,gmail)
2. Search for email patterns in email body or CC or contact
3. Add emails found , subject title and date of email to a database.

I should end up with thousands of email contacts in a database. Does this make sense to you. If not please get back to me and let me know what’s not clear..

I need the application to work on Google phone and Iphone if possible

This application should also allow me to automatically store all my incomming and outgoing calls that are not currently in my phone book. Example as a radio dj i recieve lots of calls to my g1 during my show. I can't always store number and names as some many come in.. At the end of the show i need to be able to click on my g1 app...saveContact and it will look at all the incomming and outgoing calls i made that day and list them with an option to assign a name and type of contact to the list. At the end i should be able to click on save and all the numbers and assigned named and type of contact should be saved. List format style i think work best.. ie
