Hi Sir, I already have made SMPP/SMSC web platforms for clients to do tasks like, sms voting, adverts, etc, where the platform binds to a smpp connection, send and recive messages, via PDU SMS queue. What ever u want, i can make a java application that will have two parts one, will be a java web service that will send and receive application and a web applicatrion that will perform tasks that u want to perform. I can make this quite weel and can also make any enchancement if u want as i am quite deep in this smpp development , where i can even make applications for sending ringtones, wallpapers on sms request. It's luckily, I've done the same project sending/receiving SMS through a GSM gateway using Netbean last month. My GSM gateway is a GSM modem that need insert a SIM card to send/receive SMS message.
