Description

I am looking to have a simple side scrolling game created for my website afterthequest.tigersquest.com

The idea is that the player is a young tiger cub running from a hunter who is trying to catch him. There are obstacles that the cub will trip over which slow him down as well as yummy things to eat which will score points.

At the start of the game, the player will get to choose one of four cubs to play, each cub having different attributes.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. If you have a question, likely 10 other people have the same question.

1) Firberan. He's your benchmark.
2) Joshua. Runs slower but recovers from tripping faster.
3) Claira. Runs faster but recovers slower from tripping.
4) Windie. Faster than Claira, normal recovery time, but speed makes her harder to control.

The game will get harder as time goes on as the hunter gets faster and faster. There is no "winning" where you get to escape. The game ends when you get caught. (Poor little cub!)

I will supply the sound effects and background music, but you have to do the graphics and animation. (Sorry, I'm terrible at art.)

We would do this if you want the game in 2D.. 3D animation would be tough in Flash. And also tell me why you need Java for this type of game when it can be done with Flash itself
