Description

I am looking for someonw who can create a Java program, using or without using Flash for GUI, which will be similar to an mIRC client, and users should be securely logged in using SSL.
The main aspect is to have a server and some clients that can log in / out from different pcs. Preferable with a simple GUI. I also need a simple documentation about the program built and features (1000 words approx)
