Description: I need an aplication in Flash and Red5 that consist of:
A flash aplication from where a client can stream and watch their ip webcams from all cam devices what is being capture by each and every one of the cams.

Features:
-Users register and obtain a free account for one cam with low image quality and no video log.
-Users get credits and buy monthly , 3 month, and anual subscritions. with two account types: Smalleye and Bigeye.

Smalleye account: 1 to 5 cams with 5 gb approx of space for videos.
Bigeye account: 1 to 10 cams with 10 gb approx of space for videos.
Videologs from the cams are automaticaly deleted every 3 days.
These parameters have to be changed from one file.

-User has to be able to see the camera live from any computer.
-User has to see their videolog on demand and download in .avi format.
-Mysql database info will be provided by me, and the control panel has to be in php so i can have total control over the users.
-The administrator has to have access to all the webcams all the time.
-The code has to be able to change text variables from a file so i can translate it to spanish.
-Skin need be same to publisher example of red5
-Logotype need be easy to change
-Fully installation at linux server

Payment 50% at begining and 50% after finish by bank transfer.
The aplication need be same to publisher example in red5 but need show webcams for each user.
The time for delivery will be 2 months.
