Description:	Take an existing website and reformat it with CSS under specific instructions and requirements. This job will require knowledge of the following: CSS, Flash, Java (maybe), XHTML Do not bid on the project unless you read the project guidelines. Pay specific attention to the formatting of the navigation menu (flash) within a table cell. If you cannot accomplish this, please do not bid.
