Description:	I am trying to create a website for a friend who owns a coffee van, and I'd like to add an effect to the menu. I have uploaded an image so you can see what the layout of the website will be. The menu is next to the business name at the top of the page. What I would like to do is add an effect like the menu found here (only the mouseover menu effect - nothing else): http://template-guide.com/preview/2154/ So that when the mouse goes over the menu item it does an animation like on that site. Although I don't want the animation to remain when the mouse moves off the menu item as it does here. I just want it to appear and animate when the mouse goes over and then finish the animation and only remain until the mouse moves off the menu item. I understand it can't be exactly the same due to copyright, but that sort of style for the design would be great. As for the colour, I would like something that matches the site, and is warm and inviting so it suits the style of a classy coffee business. The website will be created using html as I only know html and basic graphic design, so I don't want the entire site made up of flash because I would like to edit it and don't know how (although I would love to learn). So if there's a way of creating it so I can edit it if needed, or so I can make more menu items myself in the future (in case more pages need to be added) that would be great. If flash or something like that is needed, I will need to have instructions on how to edit it (instructions on how you made it would be great too, but not a requirement - please let me know if you are willing to include these instructions. Thanks!). I currently have Adobe CS3 on my computer (just in case those programs are the ones you use - that suits me). My budget isn't big, as this is just a favour I am doing for a friend, but if you could include an example of similar work you have done, or a rough idea of what you could do for this project it would be greatly appreciated. If you can't, don't worry - I'll still consider your bid either way. I can also change the account from a Windows operating system to a Linux if needed (I'm not sure if it makes a difference to this project). I'm also happy to answer any questions.
