Description: I will be needing very soon to make some custom web based games.
I have never done this before, so I don't know how much this cost.
I am looking for the examples of the games you have done before and how much you would charge to make a game like that.

I am not looking for complex games, or with great graphics,I just need something where people can go in and win some prizes.

I have decided on a game, at least on a flash application.

I will take x amount of pictures of some person with different clothing,

I want for the users to be able to dress that person with different combinations of clothes, ties, etc.

also for them to be able to upload their picture and include themselves , also to add some elements like backgrounds, or clouds ,etc..

and at the end the users should be able to save what they created as picture to use as their wallpaper.

this can be called more a drawing board than a game.
there might also be existing systems that can be used as a based.
