This project must be completed by JUNE 10,2006 a 3% per day penality will be applied to final price. You will be asked to show status of project along the way so that we know it is being completed. This is my 4th attempt to use people from GETAFREELANCER each time I have been let down in some way. So Before I describe the project please let me state what I am looking for in a WEB DEISGNER. I CAN and HAVE more then one project waiting to be produced. There will be more work for the person that I find I can work with. I would be able to generate work for 4 or 5 designers. I do not care what country you are from as I know some from over seas do not complete projects and those in the United States over state there ability many times. I would suggest to all bidders to provide me with there BEST PRICE to get work with me and then give me fair prices for future work. I have projects waiting to be complete. If anyone wants me to post those and be picked up for $5.00 dollars to show they can do work (ask in your bid and I will post them). If they are good a bonus will be paid. I am in the marketing business and can pick up projects often. I am a great resource to a web designer who wants to work regularly. ****** PROJECT DESCRIPTION ****** United States based Construction company website. Estimated pages 10 to 20 (no firm design as of yet) Design must be: completed to general drawing layout that will be provided. FORMATE: DESIGN MUST BE COMPLETED In CSS and HTML ( no psd sites will be paid for, accepted, or welcomed) all bidders are to state in there bid that project will be done in CSS and HTML. Website: must meet United States style design and be a be quality in appearance. Website: Must load fairly quickly. It may have some FLASH or JAVA roller buttons. I would welcome a flash person to design a Header that animates the logo with "shine, shimmer, light effects" This will be given price consideration providing example or can be shown. Client relationship: THE CLIENT is strictly mine, and as per contract acceptance you shall not engage the client in pricing, or other contract talks. I shall report anyone to GETAFREELANCER who violates this and you here by aggree in advanced under the terms of this aggreement to be banned from the getafreelancer website if this is documented and presented to getafreelancer. Description: Business/construction style website using provided images, and content. (or filler content). Approx. 15 to 20 pages if it exceed this amount we will expect an increase of no more then 10% of the bid per page added. Communications: Failure to communicate will result in termination immediately of contract by us. We expect to be able to effectively communicate with designer. Designer must have at least one of the following ( skype, Yahoo messenger, or AIM). Communications/directions: Designer must be able to follow a drawings. We will provide a general layout to designer in the form of a PDF. Designer may provide feedback and suggest changes. However if the design does not come close enough to desired result we wont accept it as complete. Relationship: I am honestly not difficult to deal with as a person. I however have had many many many bad experiences with web designers. It did not matter if they were HIGH or LOW in price frankly most should have found a new job. I want someone I can send a drawing to and know that its being done, and done well. My general market of clients: Small family owned business with limited resoureces. They dont buy 2000 dollar websites they buy a few hundred dollar website. I do SEO and internet marketing to make it work. Then some day it will be a 2000 dollar website. Please include links to past projects. If your price exceed my range please state why in an effective way. If you are worth your money then prove it clearly. ****** BID PRICING ****** all prices are considered the final price. NO PER PAGE BIDS. If a price is give it will be taken fully and completely as the final price. So if you bid $10 dollars and say its per page it will only be considered as $10 dollars for the entire site. ALL PRICES STATED MUST BE TOTAL. NO hidden or extra costs will be paid. I will put 1/3 of the money in Escrow if required. But I assure you I will pay. I have always conducted my self professionally and be fair with anyone doing business with me. I am seeking the same.
