Description

A Facebook API that allows a system to post to wall on behalf of a facebook users. This will be used to automatically alert a user's followers that he has performed action. E.g: A user organizes an online gathering that raises $x for charity. When the system has reconciled exactly how much money the user raised the system will automatically post on the user's behalf "I just raised $x for charity, see the details here [url to public user profile]". This must include the java API and a demo flex application that contains very basic user profile functionality. The flex application will be used to demo/test the java API.

The only problem with this approach is that the user's friend's news feeds will scroll the message away quite quickly, any suggestion on how to circumvent this problem would be appreciated.
