Description:	Hello. I am looking for a freelance programer. This project is a creation of new algorithm of UserRank. I mean UserRank is a game player's rank inspired by webpage's PageRank. There are user rank systems so called rating in multi-player-games like chess. (There can be searched by search engines) I would like to have 'link' based rating. I mean 'link' is a continuous result by individual players. For example, winning a player many times who is winning players many times may be mighty and high rate player. I would like to have some original UserRank. Requirements are: 1)UserRank should be adaptable to any games (ex. chess(2player),4player game,porker(multi player),) (If it is difficult,I will tell typical games for this rank) 2) game data are logged play by play and game data at least include: user_id/game_point(or win or lose)/game_result_rank_order(or win or lose) 3) This new algorithm should include something about 'links' between players. 4) working sample code in Java. 5) sample code should have comments or some descriptions. 6) include scientific sense. Budget range is $30-$150. But a little higher range may be acceptable for excellent working. I would like to have something interesting/simple/cool/perfect. Fast delivery time is not so required.
