Description

I looking for someone to do a ringtone creator. Previously i had a developer who tried to do it but wasnt able to complete the project.

I still have his codes , but i not too sure whether what can be salvage.

Basically what i am looking for a ringtone creator as describe in the ppt. Please read it before bidding and ask questions if you dont understand. Thanks
