Hello, I hope you are doing good. We are a QA outsourcing company with more than 40,000 Manhrs of work experiecne. We have solely focused QA operations which enable us to test any application through multiple point of views. e.g. We can test a web based application for not only functional testing but also for cross-platform compatibility. Just for your reference i am sending you one of the case studies of our clients. Our profile of applications tested range from web based applications to one of the biggest anti-virus softwares. I would like to have some questions for you though. 1- Do you have already established procedure of bug reporting or you would like us to share with you our system? 2- Any idea about the number of resources required by you for the project? 3- Can you provide us a link to the application so we can understand the domain , nature of application etc and hence give you proper time estimation. Regarding costing , we charge a flat fee of $12/Manhr. Since i have no information to make it a lumpsum estimate along with time line this is what i will propose. To give you a better understanding of our services, -we do have a team of developers with us as well whose sole purpose is to help the QA people out in situations where development knowledge is required e.g. Code Reviews etc. - We have people who are trained in automation tools like QTP , Loadrunner, Selenium, JMeter , Test Complete etc. I would like to hear from you and i look forward to have a positive and fruitful email exchange which help us become long term partners. Hi, I am shiv, having 7 years of exp in software testing. I worked for client like CITI GROUP(USA), Lumley Insurance(Australia and NewZealand) etc. I have got exposure to testing, test management and co-ordination wit dev as well as client teams.I have exposure to bug tracking tools like MQC, TEAM TRACK, CLEAR QUEST as well as I worked on microsoft excel for defect reporting as well as summary report creation based to the data in excel for the management to check the testing status.
