Description

I am looking for someone proficient in Oracle portal that can implement / create new UI templates for a Portal Site.

We are changing the look and feel of our portal and our existing site template needs updating.

We are looking to create a top Navigation Similar to
http://www.cssplay.co.uk/menus/pro_drop.html
and a side navigation similar to
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/slashdot.htm

Obviously we can edit the existing menus to our liking however, We need a developer for the following:

To tie these menu's into the Navigation Structure of the Portal.
You'll need to understand how to create the UI templates as Portlets so that they can be used throughout the site. We also need you to understand the dynamic way that Oracle Portal Creates its Hierarchy. - This will be built directly into the templates.

If you feel as if you can create an Oracle Portal Site from Scratch, please drop me a note with some examples of stuff you've created.

I had 6 years hands on experience on Oracle Portal. My latest project is to create an Oracle Portal intranet site from scratch by using HTML Content Layouts and Page Skin as well as to build JSR 168 portlet in OracleAS Portal 10.1.4 I created the similar navigation as portlet and integrated it to the portal.
