I am looking for a professional company who is dedicated to maintaining high standards of customer service to develop a job posting/ recruitment website for my company.

The required functions for the website are as follows:

The website will require a stong advert editor where pictures, html and flash can be used, preferably I am looking for a cutomized website with a layout alike other popular job websites e.g hotjobs.com jobsite.co.uk monster.com etc but other scripts that can be customized to meet my requirments will be considered.

The website will need to be broken up into fazes you will need to look at the above functions and break up each part of the website into fazes, upon satisfactory completion of each faze part of the payment will be made.

There will be a long term business proposition for the chosen company who impresses me the most as there will be a lage amount of further work required.
