Description

We require an extensive website that allows for the posting of video and audio files to be converted and played in a flash player. Additionally, we require multiple account types allowing for different user types to either post their audio/video files or to comment on and rate the content.

The websites should be designed to be similar to the aesthetic look and feel of youtube, particularly in the area of the video and audio content. It is important that general users are not able to download the posted files due to copyright reasons.

The website also requires the implementation of several payment features and automatically generated payment receipts, as well as automated emailing features.

Successful bidders must be able to complete the project in as polished and rapid manner as possible, as well as being able to present a list of references from past clients. The website should be designed in such a manner that over the development cycle we are able to begin initial testing and review of the project, and we require constant updates on the state of the design process.
