Need to integrate wordpress 2.3.1 (or latest) and bbpress .8.3(or latest) using the same theme and with single sign on both. Use theme and install necessary plugins to achieve the forum theme and features similar to http://designsadvice.com. Quick turnaround requested, will need to view demonstration in your server prior to payment by paypal/escrow.
