We have a new business that’s doing very well - forensic mortgage audits. Millions of mortgage loans made the past 10 years contain abuses, mistakes, errors, omissions, violations and downright fraud that lenders are now anxious to resolve in order to avoid fines, penalties and potential lawsuits.

We work with a group of lawyers who take mortgages apart identifying errors and violations, which they find about 80% of the time. After they find them they contact the lender’s legal department and demand concessions and adjustments on behalf of our clients! The lenders are happy to negotiate rather than risk a lawsuit. If the lawyers don't find violations serious enough to obtain major concessions they perform a loan modification free of charge.

We are looking for a top salesperson to contact people in foreclosure or have received a Notice of Default and sell them our assistance. TOP money paid. We also need someone to find the phone numbers of people in foreclosures and NOD's
