First part of job I need a dog illustration

I will show you the location of where the dog is now you can take him convert him to ai and make changes that I will ask for to him.

I am looking for someone who can do these - the dog I need in 24 hrs the other ones are not a rush but the dog I need immediatly. Budget is $30-40 and I am looking to hire someone NOW. I have had illustrations done for $5 a piece but my illustrator is away.
