I need a set of two applications (one for me one for my friend). All they do is show a map and where the other person is..This app should run in the background and send the location of each person to a server every 5mn( i have a site that supports ftp and mySQL).

we have done GIS application with iphone, so it will be straight for us to do it, but we can be able to start this on 3rd Jan and can deliever it back to you by 5th or 6th Jan Max. cost : $200
