Description:	I need to have a site created (either new or modified from an existing script) for that will connect service providers with customers (SIMILAR to GAF and Guru.com.) The purpose of this site will be to allow service providers with a way for their customers to purchase their service "time" online. ESCROW functionality is most important. All features should work the same way that Guru.com does. - Payment modules should encouraged to use paypal - Databases should use mySQL (but will be open to others if better) - Pages should all be made in PHP (but will be open if another is better) - Full admin control panel is MUST - Payment modules will be managed in Admin only. - Email feature like GAF and Guru.com. This site will be introduced to the U.S. in January with a major marketing promotion. This is a very important site so QUALITY is more important than getting it done fast. If project is successful, there will be more projects awarded that will be profitable. The best price and best quality will be awarded this project. Provider must be in regular communication with Project Manager for this development. Script would be SOLE property of client. Payment will not be made in one lump sum. But you will be paid in segments based on the amount of completion. You must be a genuine bidder. Please include the word guru in your bid so I know you have finished reading all the requirements.
