Calling All Next Level Stylish Graphic Designers!

I want the following logo... "Max Diamond Elite Team"

I want something that is visually attractive and really stands out. I'm planning on using this logo on a lead capture page to generate leads so I want the logo to spark the prospects attention immediately.

I like the dark red and black colors but I'm open to other colors that might be more visually attractive.
