Description

Hello I'm looking for an avatar for a nostalgia website (which currently isn't live).

This is very much an open brief, I'm looking for the best idea which I think would best suit this site. If you want some idea of the sort of quality I need then look at

(the guy next to "the blog", please use other inspiration as well though!).

Here are some specifications:

1. the avatar needs to be about twice the size as the one in the link above.
2. I ideally need it in PNG/high quality JPEG format.
3. it needs to be "cartoony" and obviously totally different to the one on that link, but that's the sort of thing I'm looking for, if that makes sense!
4. Don't forget this is a retro/nostalgia website so ideally the avatar would be quite retro -- ill leave this up to your imagination however! e.g. it might be a made up cartoon character in a retro (70s/80s) suit, or just an old-style character.
5. At the moment, I need 4 different instances of it- one of it standing normally perhaps smiling (e.g. this would be the main avatar on a homepage), another with it holding a book/article and a third with him listening to some retro headphones. The fourth instance should be him playing a computer game (e.g. him playing with a retro joystick).
6. White background, please!

I'm looking to pay a one-off fee for this (e.g. no royalties) with the strong possibility of more graphics work in the future. I would appreciate a prototype, if possible (put a watermark on if you like and send me a URL preview!). Full payment only on satisfactory completion!
