Description

I have an png image of a map (see attachment) that I need created NEW as a vector image. I have the original vector file of the map itself, but it has to be colored to match the sample, and a little person icon drawn and connected with dotted lines.

It sounds complicated but it is not, and if you view the attachment it should be clear. Thanks.
