Description
Hello I need icons building on the following travel related subjects, I've included a brief description of what they are and perhaps how the icons could look however I am deeply artistically challenged hence why I'm here, so if you've a better idea that's fine.Wifi - Hotel room has wifi internet
Industry standard wifi icon would be ideal for this.
Ethernet Connection - Room has an ethernet connection
Probably some melding of an ethernet cable with a "www" in the background
Room Service - Food can be ordered and delivered to the hotel room
Perhaps some combination of a phone and a burger or other food item.
Lift - Hotel has a lift (elevator)
Perhaps the front of a lift with a floor number being shown
Good Views - Hotel has good views
This is somewhat generic because those views could equally be a skyline, mountains or a beach. Some combination of a window with mountains visable outside would be ideal.
Balcony - Room has a balcony.
Bit stumped on this one.
Air Conditioning - Self explanatory
Clould of cold air perhaps.
Fan - Room has a fan
Diagram of a fan, perhaps one of those I see in 1930's films with little bits of string fluttering in the fans breeze
Dormitory - Hotel has a dorm (a large room where many people sleep, often in bunk beds.)
Business Center - Computers, scanners printers e.t.c
Meeting Rooms - Self explanatory.
The icons will be used to show the available features that a hotel offers, the illustration therefore must be simple but convey the subject. The Simpler, the better.
Each icon should have a white background, be framed by a black box with rounded edges and should have a little illustration to convey the subject. The only colours to be used should be black and white although some shading would be acceptable, so I guess black, white and grey. Industry standard icons are acceptable e.g. for WiFi.
Final resolution has not been decided and infact ideally I would like the icons delivered quite large so I can scale them down to fit the page and layout of the site being designed. Finally, icons should be delivered in adobe photoshop or adope illustrator formats.
This is the first time I've used the site, I hope this all makes sense.
