We need this right away. We have already built the site, and have the css to adapt the template to.

Need 100% fluid top nav
no divisions of main content..

We need a different color combo than the sample above and will forward that to the individual awarded the project.

Must be W3C compliant, XHTML compliant, table-less CSS template. We need the splash page AND an internal page replicated.

Please provide at least one reference site which you have designed which passes css/w3c validation is required.

We really need this in 24 hours or less from the time we select the freelancer to do the job.
