Description: I have a template for a web design, but I need some changes done to it. I need to to be sliced for an HTML web page.

Fade the grey stip to white at the top left.

Fade under the red line (at the bottom).

Remove the party pic and stretch the black and white lines to the right.

The right side of the pic needs to be stretched all the way to the right so that it always touches the right side of the browser.

Please look at the pictures to get all of the notes that are need. This needs to be done quickly so please bid only if you can start right away.
