Looking for a talented graphic designer to create a Free Report "Cover Shot" Graphic (see attached picture example)

I will provide the Title and Headline that I would like on the graphic.

You will provide the talent and skill to make it an visually appealing graphic design.

The ideal person for this project will have examples of completed projects from the past.

I'm looking for something really sleek and cool and that will pop out when people see the graphic.
