Description

I'm a real estate agent looking for a simply, yet elegant 4x9 flyer design. I've provided all the words in the attached document. I just need someone to design something a bit more professional given what I've provided. I would like to stick to greys/silvers/black. One side colour, one side black and white. Perhaps have a greyed image of a house in the background?
