Design Requirements: Must be modern but sophicated. I would like to see vertical and horizontal lines like the sample brochure I have attached. Colors: White, light green (like the sample) and black. You may use the photos located at http://uhlenbrockphotography.smugmug.com

Must use wireframe image located at: http://www.northstarrealty.com/plaza5th_floorplans.html for background of flyer in some way. Remove the floor numbers/names.


Use whichever you like. Front must have logo of brochure and feature da Vinci quote. Other than that, you can use your creativity. I have also attached the original flyer (very rough) but it please use some of the same ideas, like how many units, etc.

I am looking forward to see what you come up with. We are targeting a up-and-coming crowd in the middle to late 20's, fashionable, educated, etc. Simplicity is good, and by no means should you have to use all the content below, whatever you think would be essential to display the building in its best light.
