Description

We will create weekly TV guide, a magazine on radio/tv, film, music and entertainment. This TV guide (24 pages) will be printed in A4 format.
We are looking for a designer and a template layout.
Lay out needs to be done in Quark express.
Could you give an estimate to create the template (NOT THE LAYOUT OF ALL THE INDIVIDUAL PAGES) This template should contain:
A) Concept for a front page
B) a general setup for editorial pages containing the magazines title, issue information, page numbers, section header (Radio, TV, Music, Classifieds, Agenda)
C) a font choice for titles, sub titles and articles
D) design of elements like columns, boxes, colofon etc.

Could you also give an estimate of designing the individual pages on basis of your own template.
