I need a set of icons/logos for a new business-oriented dot-com.

Attached is the main logo for the whole site.

The site provides information on various markets around the world. I need a general format for icons that combines the flag of a country or region (UK, US and EU initially), plus the type of product (Consumer, Software, Net-Retail, Business 2 Business).

So there needs to be 5 elements designed (flag format + the 4 types of product), so that any flag works with any type of product. (i.e. 12 icons in total).

I may need further icons with the same format later.

I require the files in 4:3 ratio both large size (200x150) and small format (40x30). Both should be in PNG format at 24 bit colour + alpha.

They should be _exactly_ the same icon - the large one shouldn't have any more detail - its just for print use - you can simply reduce the big one to give the web one.

I'd also like the individual elements, for compositing myself (also in PNG with alpha - I can't read photoshop files).

I've included my effort at the kind of idea I'm thinking of (the UK consumer version), but its naff, obviously. You can do _much_ better ;) Maybe flag fluttering, more obvious people icon, be creative!

I'd consider bids higher than $100, but I'd want justification.
