Description

A friend of mine has allowed me to use his YP ad as a flyer for my dental office.

I have attached a PDF of the ad. I only have the file in PDF format - so you will either need to "crack into it" or re-create it.

I have also uploaded a file detailing the changes I need made to it.

I do not have an image file of the "headshot" - you will either need to get it from the PDF or find a very similar one.

I would like this completed ASAP. Today is March 3rd 3pm CST. I would like a draft of the project by March 4th, so that I can add any last minute changes and have it completed no later than March 5th.

I will likely choose a bidder and fund the escrow very quickly.
