Description: I have logo that needs minor adjustment by someone with knowledge of graphic design tools. The existing logo is attached in the file 'mainlogo1.gif'. I want to change it to look something like the one in 'presentation2.ppt'.

The main change, in addition to those specified, is that I want to give the logo a professional look by adding color gradients to both the left & right sides of the logo (ie the blue and grey bits), so that they both become paler towards the top.
