Description

Hi,

I need a logo which will be a modified version of the classic Linux penguin (the one at http://www.isc.tamu.edu/~lewing/linux/sit3-shine.7.gif )

It needs to be mod so it looks as a doctor,
possibly wearing a white coat, stethoscope, and a tablet pc,
but better ideas are welcome,

Original artwork files must be provided.

Preferred tool to work this out is the GIMP, but photoshop like would be fine too,

Whoever bids must more or less follow Tango principles as in:
http://tango.freedesktop.org/Tango_Icon_Theme_Guidelines

My Ideal budget for this is $50,
