I need someone who is good at using the pen tool to trace images. I have a many-layered PSD that was done as exploratory work, but it needs to be converted to vector art, and I need the colors and sharpness to look good. There are many elements included, both photos and artwork, which do not look so great when mixed together. This is just for a splash page but if the clients like the results, I will definitely send more projects your way. The trouble I was having was they made me do about 30 revisions. They were very specific as to what they wanted included in the artwork, but after following all of their requests, I do not feel that the results are very good. I want someone who can take the ideas in the PSD and make them look elegant, classy, and professional. The birdcage, too blurry, the tote bag, too sharp... You'll see what I mean.

To be considered, please attach a watermarked mock-up or sample of previous work doing similar...

They were going for a look that was very upscale, but I do not see that. I see a garage sale, or country Kmart theme. I will provide the PSD to anyone who wants to give it a shot. I don't think it will fit on GAF's file uploader though, even when zipped.

I am open to suggestions, on how you can make this look better. We will need to be able to edit the colors though, so a well organized, layered vector file is needed. Bids over $50 will be tossed out.
