Description:	Greetings: I need an illustrator to design a Hip Hop Style Illustration to be used for a poster and for a business card. The finished work should be in Illustrator CS format and Photoshop High Resolution. I need them large enough for a 24"x 36" high resolution poster. If you are able to subsequently design CD Covers and Posters then you will also be given preference. Illustrations can be done by hand or on the computer, but as mentioned the finished project should be in .ia and PSD & jpg format. Please quote ASAP my absolute budget per character is $45. I WILL NOT CONSIDER YOUR BID UNLESS YOU GIVE ME THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION, PLEASE BE HONEST: 1) You are a creative illustrator or Graphic Designer using, Illustrator and Photoshop. 2) Please provide me with previous examples, you will not be considered without examples and a possible mockup. 3)I Will pay via escrow 1/2 with the fresh mockup and the balance when complete. Description of work: Please I am not an artist but tried to put something together to give you an idea. The images are as follows. The finished image should be a tornado wearing a baseball cap turned to the right side view (black w/ green letters) with N, D, C some how designed on the cap with evil green eyes. The Tornado has muscle arms (Super hero type) down his sides like a super hero flying, the left arm has a tattoo down the arm with the word "Nattrow" in a Chinese style font and the right arm has a microphone in his hand with the word "Dazazta" on the arm in the same styled font.
