Description: I need to have an icon created from a client's logo. The icon will need to be both 32x32 and 16x16. They need to be very professional looking with good detail. This is a problem I've run into in the past of getting low quality icons. If the person who takes this project does a great job, there will be a lot more work coming for them in the future.
