Included in my proposal are my qualifications, job experience, project layout/implementation, cost, and time estimates. In reviewing your project description I found myself to be a great match for your company. In addition to my degree in Multimedia Technology, please review my client list, portfolio, and prices on my website: www.liquidesigns.com. If given this opportunity I would like to start the process by arranging a meeting between myself and your company, so that I may get to know a little more about the company and what you do. I feel this is one of the most important steps in design, and this also helps me design on a more personal level. In addition to getting to know each other we would discuss the materials to be used and layout a time frame in further detail to make sure we can accommodate both parties' schedules adequately. When designing, I always follow the same 5 step process: 1: Planning and Preliminary negotiations: This is the initial meeting after you have chosen Liquid Designs / Meghan Lundy for your project. 2: Pre-visual research and analysis: Each project brings its own unique focus on design expectations. This step usually combined with the planning process, involves getting to know your company. We gather information including but not limited to your mission statement, your goals, and most importantly the industry “norm” for this type of project along with who you see as your competitors, if needed. 3: Visual Conceptualization: After gathering all relevant information, concept art and layouts are developed that fit the criteria. After the concepts are finalized they are presented to the customer for preliminary approval. 4: Comprehensive Layouts and Presentation: After preliminary approval, a full work up is done of the project. The completed product is presented for final approval to the customer. 5: Graphic Production and delivery: When the customer has given final approval, the project is packaged for delivery or sent off for production printing as needed. All final digital proofs are supplied to the customer in agreed upon file formats, packaged on physical media and via email if desired for immediate usage.
