Description

This is a re-post of this project. The first designer off here bailed on us. This is not the first time we have had un-worthy web designers bid on our projects off GetAFreelancer.

Attached is the artwork for the e-vite to the Christmas presentation.

For the e-vite, we need to make the process as user-friendly for our congregation as possible. There should be a link right from the church's homepage to the e-vite. Along with the artwork, there should be a short note that people can send. It should be set up so that people would fill in the following fields:

(A) Friend's e-mail address: (this would automatically go to the "To..." line in the e-mail)
(B) Friend's first name:
(C) Does your friend have a spouse and/or children? _Yes _No (if they say "yes" the phrase "and your family" should be included in the first sentence of the invitation. If they are single, that phrase should not appear).
(D) Does your friend have children under the age of 6? _Yes _No (if they say "yes" the statement "*NOTE: Childcare is available for children 5 years and under at all four performances" should appear, otherwise it shouldn't)
(E) If there are any additional comments or information that you would like to include in this invitation, please write it on the space provided:
(F) Your name:

There should also be a way for people to view what their finished invitation looks like before they send it and a way to go back and edit it if they need to. The invitation should say the following (I've tried to make it as generic as possible):

I would like to invite you (C) and your family to a musical drama entitled One Bethlehem Night. This captivating, humorous and heart-warming musical is the perfect way to start the Christmas season. It's taking place at Foothills Alliance Church (333 Edgepark Blvd. NW - beside Superstore) and there are four showings to choose from:
- Saturday, December 17 at 6:30 PM

- Sunday, December 18 at 9:00 AM

- Sunday, December 18 at 11:00 AM

- Sunday, December 18 at 6:30 PM

(D)*NOTE: Childcare is available for children 5 years and under at all four performances

Once people are done sending an e-vite, there should be a way to get back to the e-vite page so they can send more invitations. I'm sure you'll also have some good ideas on how to make this work effectively.
